Wike declares lawmaker wanted for hiring thugs that disrupted PDP’s screening exercise in Rivers

The executive governor of Rivers State, Barrister Nyesom Wike, has declared Hon. Farah Dagogo wanted, for hiring cultists who reportedly attacked the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) secretariat in Port Harcourt.
The declaration was conveyed in a statement made by Kelvin Ebiri, Special Assistant on Media to the Governor.
According to Ebiri, the thugs disrupted the screening exercise of aspirants for various elective positions at the party’s Secretariat.
Part of the statement reads, “The governor has hereby directed the Rivers State Police Command to arrest Hon. Farah Dagogo for hiring cultists who stormed the PDP secretariat in Port Harcourt, and disrupted the screening of aspirants for various elective positions.
“The Police must as a matter of urgency arrest Farah Dagogo, wherever he is, and must be made to face prosecution.”
“Already, some of the hoodlums hired by Farah Dagogo have been arrested and will be made to face the full wrath of the law.”
