ElombahNews has, after careful investigation, gathered what constitutes the offense of Mr. Eneh Victor Chigozie, an aide to Dr. Chike Obidigbo, Osisioma Igbo, which led to his kidnap and torture by Mr. Chinedu Obidigwe, an aide to the governor of Anambra State, Mr. Willie Obiano.

It was gathered that Mr. Chigozie published unfavourable post on his online political forum that discusses politics of Eastern Nigeria, especially that of Anambra called, APGA Interactive forum.
On the forum, he published, with pictures as evidence, that Chinedu Obidigwe had three different birth dates on the forms he submitted to INEC for his nomination for the House of Representatives seat.
The Date Of Birth in SSCE was reportedly different with the one in his sworn birth affidavit and different from the one on the INEC form.
Rather than counter the evidence, however, he used state might on his critic.

Eneh is currently at the hospital recovering from injuries sustained from the brutal torture when ElombahNews contacted him.
In one of his reports, written on October 27, Eneh Victor Chigozie wrote:
These are the conflicting age differences in Chinedu Obidigwe’s documents.
All the documents he submitted to INEC have different birthday dates.
- Permanent Voter’s Card published by INEC bearing Chinedu Obidigwe’s name and photograph has his birthday date as 26 October 1979.
- WAEC result sheet, which he wrote in year 2000 as published by INEC, the result slip bears his birthday date as October 12, 1981.
- September 10, 2018 his mother, Mrs Obidigwe Nwugo Elizabeth swore to an affidavit in the Age Declaration Form before the Honourable Court, at the State High Court Awka, that she is the mother to Hon Obidigwe and that he was born on September 29, 1979.
- In the INEC form CF001, Obidigwe wrote that he was born on September 26, 1979.

In another report written on October 31, titled “APGA should substitute Chinedu Obidigwe before it is late, his certificates are questionable”, Mr. Chigozie wrote:
AIF Media can authoritatively confirm that contrary to claims by Hon Chinedu Obidigwe’s media handlers that he graduated from Ebonyi state University, EBSU with Degree on Medical Laboratory Science, he did not graduate after allegedly gaining admission in 2001.
In our last publication which exposed the certificate and age falsification scandal involving Hon Obidigwe who is the candidate of APGA in Anambra east and west federal constituency for 2019 election, AIF Media clearly stated that Obidigwe didn’t graduate from any known university.
But his media handlers led by one Bro Machi Pius Igwe in a statement claimed that Obidigwe graduated from EBSU but chose to submit WAEC result to INEC as that’s the minimum requirement for candidates for House of Representatives.
Based on thier claim. AIF Media did further investigation and this is our Finding.
- Hon Obidigwe did not graduate from Ebonyi state university.
- He got admission at the Ebonyi state university in 2001.
- He was admitted into the department of Medical Laboratory Science with the registration number 2001/19024.
- He left the university because the minimum requirements for admission which he submitted were questionable.
Further investigation by AIF Media shows that Hon Obidigwe submitted to APGA a degree certificate claiming to have graduated from Ebonyi state university. He also submitted an NYSC exemption certificate. These certificates are also questionable.
However, it was discovered that the National Chairman of APGA, Ozo Victor Oye who has been described by a senatorial aspirant, Evangelist Tony Gray from Imo state as the head of a criminal cartel in APGA that duped APGA aspirants, (the video where it was alleged is already in circulation) hid the certificates from the public.
Information reaching AIF Media from APGA Headquarters revealed that it was Obidigwe who submitted the signed CF001 forms and list of APGA candidates to the INEC Headquarters Abuja.
We were reliably informed that Ozo Victor Oye tried hard to keep his certificates away from the public not knowing that INEC will publish his documents.
From our source at APGA Headquarters Abuja his NYSC exemption certificate was dated April 19, 2018. While his EBSU statement of result was claimed to have been issued on November 3, 2016.
He got the questionable EBSU certificate he submitted to APGA 15 years after. However why he was advised not to submit same to INEC when his media handlers boasted that he is a graduate is a story for another day. The Ebonyi state university would have been put on search.
We therefore challenge Obidigwe’s media handlers especially Mr Bro Machi Pius Igwe, Dominic Okagbue and Chinedu Obigwe Akaekpuchionwa to publish the EBSU certificates they claimed to have been obtained by their boss.

It took the intervention of prominent Anambra indigenes like his principal, Dr Chike Obidigbo, Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, Sir Emeka Offor, Senator Stella Oduah, Hon Tony Nwoye, Bonaventure Mokwe, etc. before he was rescued from Obiano’s killer thug, Obidigwe.
Chinedu Obidigwe has held many positions in the Obiano government which includes former Chairman Anambra East Local Government Area, formal Special Adviser to the Government on youths Mobilization, immediate past political Adviser to the Governor, et al.
It could be recalled that the same Obidigwe last year led a protest with some street urchins with banners calling the for state governor and current PDP Vice Presidential candidate, Peter Obi a thief and other despicable name.
Needless to say, Peter Obi ignored him.
This medium is reliably informed that he has been able to get away with impunity in Anambra State because he is seen as the representation of the powers of Obiano.
His influence goes as far as deciding who will get any position in Anambra and is the leader of the Agulueri cabal where hails from.

Besides Obidigwe’s expose, Eneh has written and published several scathing reports against the Governor Obiano-led state government.
