Governor Willie Obiano to Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo: Nominate someone for commissioner in Aguata LGA.
Soludo: My in-law, Emeka Ezenwanne.
Gov: I need someone to man Housing development in the state.
Soludo: My in-law, Emeka Ezenwanne should be appointed Commissioner for Housing.
(Obiano appointed him).
Result: No improvement in the ministry.
Obiano to Soludo: I want to reshuffle my cabinet and drop some commissioners including Emeka your in-law. I am not okay with his results.
Soludo: please don’t drop him. Move him to Public Utilities and Water Resources as a Commissioner. He will do well there.
Obiano: Why not bring another person from Aguata.
Soludo: No one in Aguata will give you the needed result than my in-law, Emeka Ezenwanne.

Result: For years now, nothing to show.
