VIDEO: Kebbi Governor distributes cash to security officers

The Executive Governor of Kebbi State, Dr. Nasir Idris, was caught on tape ‘practicing executive philanthropy’, a euphemism for doling out bundles of cash running into millions of Naira to security operatives, less than six months in office.
Governor Idris, who was elected on the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC), was sworn in on May 29, 2023.
In the video, the governor was seen giving cash gifts to catchments of police and military officers in full glare of onlookers.
