President Joe Biden on Friday wrote to U.S Senate, asking for a transfer of power to Vice President, Kamala Harris as he undergoes a “routine colonoscopy” at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center
Biden drove early Friday to the medical center in the Washington suburbs for his first routine physical exam as president.
