First robotic prostrate cancer hospital in the whole of West Africa region, has been launched in Lagos State.
Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Lagos State, who visited the world class hospital today, shared pictures of the facility on his official Facebook page.
He said with this, Lagos has become a destination for advanced and precision-led medical care.
Sanwo-Olu said, “Today, I visited The Prostate Clinic, the first centre in Nigeria and West Africa offering robotic and laparoscopic surgery for prostate cancer. Located right here in Lagos, it reflects our growing status as a destination for advanced, precision-led medical care.
“Lagos is attracting the best medical innovation and talent. What I saw today is a blueprint for the future, where cutting-edge technology meets clinical excellence. Our administration will continue to create an enabling environment for world-class healthcare to thrive.
“Let us continue to work together for a healthier future and a healthier Lagos.”
