The first edition of the Culinary Talent Competition organized by Office of the Coordinator Presidential Amnesty Programme was held Transcorp Hotels Calabar, in Cross River State on Friday, August 2, 2019.

Ambassador Babatunde Nurudeen, Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the ECOWAS Commission, presented the sum of Four hundred thousand naria to Ofoba Davies, winner, of the Culinary Talent Competition, first edition, from Rivers State, organized by Office of the Coordinator Presidential Amnesty Programme , held at Transcorp Hotels Calabar, on 2nd of August 2019.
