DR OGBONNAYA ONU TO HOST EASTER RETREAT FOR IGBOS IN THE DIASPORA AT HIS RESIDENCE IN UBURU, OHAOZARA, EBONYI STATE.THOUSANDS OF IGBOS IN THE DIASPORA TO STORM THE PLACE ON APRIL 14, 2017.
History will be made at Uburu in Ohaozara local Government area of Ebonyi state as the Minister of Science and Technology Dr Ogbonnaya Onu hosts Ndigbo in the Diaspora in the first Easter Retreat for Ndigbo in the Diaspora.
The programme which will hold on Good friday day 14th of April is expected to attract key Igbo leaders, Ohanaeze Ndigbo chieftains and captains of industries and is titled Ndigbo, yesterday, today and tomorrow.
There will be speeches and other side attractions.So far Thousands of Igbos in the Diaspora have indicated interest to attend the event which is being packaged by the World igbo leadership , Education and Cultural Council and the Igbo Information Network.

The Chairman of the organizing committee of the event Mazi Edomobi Promise noted that Igbo Governors ,traditional rulers, religous leaders, youth and women leaders within and outside Igbo land will attend the event.
It will be recalled that the same organizations held the XMAS RETREAT for Ndigbo in the Diaspora at the home of Prof Pat Utomi at Igbouzor in Delta state in the 28th of December, 2016.
