Obiano has demonstrated yet again that his greatest desire is the peace, safety, security and progress of Anambra State.
Today, he signed the Anti-Open Grazing Bill into law, NOT TO BANISH CATTLE OWNERS of any ethnic extraction from Anambra State but to encourage RANCHING and create equal opportunities for citizens and non-citizens alike to create wealth.
The Anti-Open Grazing Law will enhance peaceful coexistence among all people living and doing business in Anambra State. It will usher in a future of mutual trust, business development, wealth creation and employment.
Obiano is finishing strong and breaking new grounds for A GREATER ANAMBRA.
