Ukraine’s Foreign minister Dmitry Kuleba has explained that no ceasefire agreement could be met in the first round of talks in Ankara on Thursday between his delegation and Russia’s.
He added that while Kiev will study Russian proposals on how to resolve the ongoing conflict, his country does not intend to meet Russian demands.
