US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken met NATO counterparts in Bucharest Tuesday to drive more aid for Kiev, including electrical components for Ukraine’s damaged power network.

NATO Sec Gen Jens Stoltenberg said before the gathering that Ukraine and its allies “need to be prepared for more attacks” as he accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of “trying to use winter as a weapon of war.”

The US-led organization is expected to continue its apparent policy of not committing any non-lethal supplies to avoid being dragged into the conflict.
