JUST IN: Buhari, Osinbajo, Adamu, other top shots attend APC NEC meeting in Abuja

Ahead of political party primaries slated for next month, President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and Abdullahi Adamu are currently in a meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja.
APC governors, state chairmen, former governors, and other party bigwigs are also in attendance.
The meeting is being presided over by Abdullahi Adamu, the newly elected national chairman of the party.

However, it is widely believed that the meeting would ratify a date for the party’s presidential primaries and the method of choosing its flagbearer.
