Just In: APC Postpones Bayelsa Governorship over conflicting Court Orders Judgement

All Progressive Congress (APC) has postponed Bayelsa Governorship primary scheduled to hold August 31 till September till further notice.

This was made known by the returning officer, Governor of Yobe state, Mai Mala Buni after a closed door meeting with the governorship Aspirants .

According to him, as a law abiding party with respect to constitution for the law of the land , APC is aware of the conflicting court orders of equal judriction on Bayelsa Governorship primary election.

He added that as a result of conflicting court orders, the election will be put on hold pending the National Headquarters give the Committee a clear directive.good
