The Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] has released the voting procedure for the Nigerian 2019 elections.
The procedure as released by INEC is as follows:
Earlier in the day, the INEC Hon. Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu and Members of the Commission received German Ambassador Dr. Bernhard schlagheck and State secretary Walter Lindner at INEC Headquarters Abuja.

Prior to that, the INEC Chairman, alongside members of the Commission, also received a delegation from the British High Commission, led by Catriona Laing on Fact Finding Mission to INEC and state of preparedness for the #NigeriaDecides2019 Elections.
