Imo guber: Ideato will vote massively for Uzodinma — Okey Udeze

The member representing Ideato North in the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Okechukwu Udeze, has assured that, come Saturday, November 11, 2023, the people of Ideato North will come out in overwhelming numbers to reelect Governor Hope Uzodimma.
The lawmaker gave the assurance during a roadshow rally in the area organized by APC leaders to mobilize support for Governor Uzodimma’s reelection, last Saturday.
His words, “We are out to show strength. We will deliver Uzodimma fully in Ideato nation. As the state lawmaker of this area I promise no vote will miss. I want to tell you, our people are fully convinced to give 100 percent votes. Voting the governor for a second term, what it means is that he will consolidate what he has commenced.”
Fondly known as Okey Is Okay, the widely loved legislator described Uzodimma’s reelection as the safest route to the development of Ideato. He pointed out some basic infrastructural projects done by the Governor across the State, and extolled the leadership virtues of the Governor, particularly his drive towards ensuring that Imo is transformed across all sectors.
He, therefore, called on the electorate to resist the machinations of the opposition elements who have no real issues to present to Imo people, but instead dwell on wicked propaganda and pure lies.
Earlier in his speech, the 2023 APC candidate for Ideato Federal constituency and chairman of Governor Uzodimma’s Campaign Council in the area, Dr. Chika Benson Abazu, said Ideato people have resolved to stand strongly behind the governor and give him over 70,000 votes.
On how to achieve it, he said, “It is possible because our people have been convinced that our governor has done well. The entire Ideato nation comprising Ideato North and South are here. We are here to show strength. We are here to support the performing governor of Imo state. Our indefatigable governor. We have hit the road to tell our people to come out enmass for the next Saturday election.

We want the continuation of the infrastructure projects that our governor is doing for us.”
Other leaders who took turns to speak on the governor’s prospects for landslide victory in the area include the Ideato North Chairman of the Party, Chief Chidiebere Egboh, the State Organizing Secretary of the Party in Imo State, Hon. Iyke Umeh, and the Sole Administrator of Ideato North LGA, Hon. Chukwudi Nganwuchu, and other party stalwarts.
