The esteemed Member representing Udenu Constituency at the Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Solomon Onah, has been conferred with the revered traditional chieftaincy title of Eze Udo 1 of Umuokara Orba.
The notable recognition was bestowed upon him by the Umuokara Orba community, Udenu LGA Enugu State, under the auspices of HRH Engr. George Nwankwo, PhD (Ezennia 1), the esteemed Igwe of Umuokara Orba.
The conferment ceremony, held in the heart of Umuokara Orba central school field, was attended by a revered guest list, which included the Udenu Traditional Rulers Council, Deputy Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai, and the Chairman of Udenu LGA, Hon. Gideon Tochukwu Eze, among other distinguished guests.
The honorable Member and his amiable wife, Dame Ugochi Onah, who herself recently received similar titles at Ifuma Umundu, were notably elated and grateful for the recognition bestowed upon them by the Umuokara Orba community. This honor further solidifies Hon. Solomon Onah’s dedication and tireless commitment to serving and uplifting the people of Udenu Constituency.
Speaking at the ceremony, HRH Engr. George Nwankwo, PhD, emphasized Hon. Solomon Onah’s numerous achievements and his love for the overall development of the constituency.
The traditional ruler praised Hon. Onah’s visionary leadership and applauded his efforts in implementing impactful initiatives aimed at enhancing the welfare and well-being of the people, while holding sway as Local Government Chairman and as Commissioner.
