Hon. Solomon Onah, the esteemed representative of Udenu Constituency at the Enugu State House of Assembly, has expressed his heartfelt congratulations to Enugu State Governor, Dr. Peter Mbah, on his victory at the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court’s ruling, delivered on Friday, 22nd December 2023 put to rest any remaining baseless doubts surrounding the mandate that had been overwhelmingly bestowed upon Governor Mbah by the people of Enugu State during the gubernatorial elections held earlier this year.
Upholding the decision of both the Enugu State Election Petition Tribunal and the Court of Appeal, the Apex Court undeniably endorsed the legitimacy of Governor Mbah’s ascendancy to power.
Affectionately called Jack Solo, Hon. Solomon Onah is known for his conscious commitment to the development and progress of Udenu Constituency, lauded Governor Mbah’s victory as a triumph for democracy.
He hailed the Supreme Court’s affirmation as a testament to the trust and confidence reposed in Governor Mbah by the electorate and a reflection of his excellent leadership qualities.
