Despite police authorities in Lagos State warning residents against any planned protest, a human rights group identified as the “Take It Back Movement” has flooded the streets of Lagos State to protest against the scorching price of food and the high cost of living in the country.

The protesters were seen carrying placards of various inscriptions at Ojuelegba under bridge area of the state to register their grievances on the current economic hardship across the nation.

Meanwhile, organized labour tomorrow will commence two days protest as the administration of President Bola Tinubu appears clueless on how to tackle the current economic challenges.
