obianoLast month, Gov. Willie Obiano, while speaking to Anambra civil servants said he was not aggressive with execution of projects because of dwindling allocation from the federation account.

Luckily we used the allocation for June that was shared in July to show that Anambra State in June got the total of over 10 billion Naira, being the highest Anambra received since the state was created. His e-rats pretend they did not see the publication.

On Saturday, while speaking at Prof. Dora Akunyili’s event, which he hastily put up to counter the memorial lecture at which Mr. Peter Obi delivered the key note address, he said that Anambra received lesser monthly allocation.

Luckily, Telegraph newspaper of yesterday, 7th of September, 2015, page 18 and 19 (attached), carried the July monthly allocation. Anambra State and LGA received over 6 billion. Though lesser than June, but far bigger than what the State received under Obi.

Obiano should be advised to work and not giving excuses.

What The E-rats Will Not Tell Obiano

When sand dunes covered the road behind Government House, opposite Landmark Hotel, thus reducing it from two lanes to one it was Apga Alaigbo that shouted about it. Consumed by the construction of three planless flyovers over a stretch of road that is less than km, Gov. Willie Obiano ignored it until after two months, when series of accident occurred on the spot.

Yesterday, the same man reported the erosion threat to Nibo- Umuawulu-Awgbu road, I am sure that consumed by his yeye flyovers, Obiano will not listen again.

Please for the sake of the road and life of our people something should be done urgently.

Even if Obiano cannot build roads, let him at least maintain those built by Ngige and Obi. At least we are aware he knows those roads exist because he marked them and occasionally claim them as his by commissioning them as he did to Nkpor- Amawbia old road.

THE E-RATS..

While is it that Obiano’s over 40 erats, which James Eze has been mandated to increase to 100, who are being paid monthly do not bring such news as this to Obiano? They only prefer calling him “Akpokue Global”, Ife ana emebi? Let us hope Obiano is sober these days to listen and act, as he just returned from alcoholic abuse therapy in the USA.
