EXCLUSIVE: See Mega Rich Civil Servant Allegedly Worth Over N500m; Whistleblower Kidnapped After Exposing Her

ElombahNews is in possession of an investigative report by Eagle Eye Transparency International on one Mrs. Regina Dominic (Nkpa Ebiabe), a staff of National Sports Commission (NSC), Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Eagle Eye Transparency queried her sources of income as she allegedly lives above her income and assets declaration status.

According to the report, Mrs. Dominic is a Grade level 8 official civil servant and a director of a private company while in public service and worth over 500,000,000 million Naira.

Besides owning a private company while in public service and a lump of sum reportedly found in her bank account, she also owns buildings and estates in Abuja.

Reports also showed that she boasts of fleet of exotic cars and lives in a sprawling estate.

ElombahNews had, on October 7, reported that unknown gunmen kidnapped the whistleblower, Dr. George Davidson after he made the expose.

The gunmen had stormed his residence in Abuja, beat him to stupor, kidnapped and took him to unknown destination.

As at the time of writing this report, the whereabouts of Dr. Davidson remains unknown and nobody has contacted his family members for Ransom.

After blowing the whistle, the whistleblower informed this medium that the office of the IGP-Monitoring Team choose to detain the whistleblower leaving the accused person.

He, however, narrowly escaped being detained on the orders of one ACP Elemah.

Speaking to ElombahNews, he lamented: “We are really confused about our enforcement agencies whose interest they protect.

“The ACP – IGP-Monitoring practically defended her by saying “she can own the whole of Abuja, that why am I invading her privacy.”

He therefore raised the following posers for the police:

“Can a civil servant live above her means?

“Has she declared her assets?

“Can a serving civil servant be a director of a company while in public office?”

In conclusion, he said: “It’s obviously clear that we are doomed if a police who claimed he practiced law for 28 years would exonerate a suspect who violated the above law and seek ways to detain the whistleblower.

“The lady didn’t even deny any of the allegations against her. NIGERIA! NIGERIA! NIGERIA!” he lamented.

Is obviously clear that we are doomed if a police who claimed he practiced law for 28 years would exonerate a a suspect who violated the above law and seek ways to detain the whistleblower.

The lady didn’t even deny any of the allegations against her. ACP Elema protected a fraudster who specialized in defrauding unsuspecting Nigerians despite the overwhelming evidence given to Elena and his AO, one SP Usman , still he detained the Whistleblower and allowed the fraudster to be free in the month of July 2019.

ACP Elena has commercialized the IGP-Monitoring unit for the highest bidder. The AO is not left out.

When contacted, Mrs. Dominic, Police Force PRO, DCP Frank Mbah and the Administrative Officer IGP Monitoring, SP Usman Garba refused to make comment on the allegation of her inexplicable wealth, the attempted arrest of the whistleblower, as well as police’s reluctance to investigate the petition.
