Elon Musk’s son “divorces” him, changes gender, seeks name change, cut ties with father

Xavier Alexander, the “son” of the Chief Executive Officer of Tesla Inc., Mr. Elon Musk, has embarked on moves “divorce” his father through legal means.
Earlier, he had changed his gender from male to female and is currently seeking to change his name and to sever all ties with the billionaire businessman.
As he recently turned 18, the age of consent in California, Xavier asked the court to change his gender recognition from male to female.
One of Musk’s seven children with his first wife, Justine Wilson to whom he was married from 2000 to 2008, he claimed that he was frustrated having Elon as a father.
Other children from the union besides Xavier include his twin Griffin and triplet siblings, Kai, Saxon, and Damian.
In April, Xavier filed to change gender and be known henceforth as Vivian Jenna Wilson.
According to Reuters, the petition for both a name change and a new birth certificate reflecting his new gender identity was filed with the LA county superior court in Santa Monica.
The hearing on the name change is set for Friday before a judge in Santa Monica, California.
He further sought to register the female name.
