The bad blood between Elon Musk and President Donald Trump has further nosedived, with Musk now alleging that Trump is named in the unreleased Jeffrey Epstein files.
In a post on his official handle X on Thursday night, Musk suggested that Trump’s alleged connection to the late financier is the reason the United States government has yet to make the Epstein files fully public.
“@realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public,” Musk wrote.
He ended the message with a pointed jab: “Have a nice day, DJT!”
The comment marks a sharp departure from what was once seen as a political alliance between the two powerful figures.
Their relationship has rapidly deteriorated in recent weeks, with both trading personal and political blows across social media and public appearances.
