EFCC flags off Connect-Programme to make Commission accessible to public

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has announced that it will be kick-starting a programme tagged ‘Connect’, which will make the Commission very accessible to the general public.

According to a statement by the anti-graft agency, the Connect Programme is in line with the Strategic Objective one of the EFCC Strategic Plan (2021-2025) which the major role is to make the Commission accessible to the public, using the new media.

It however said the programme will be coming to the public every Wednesday, 7pm to 8pm and it will officially commence today, being 27 of April, 2022.

The statement read, “This is to inform the general public that the Commission is kick-starting a new programme called EFCC Connect.

“This is in line with the Strategic Objective one of the EFCC Strategic Plan (2021-2025) which key activity is to make the Commission accessible to the public, using the new media. EFCC Connect is an online based programme which will be coming to the public every Wednesday, 7pm to 8pm, commencing today.

“It will be an interactive session bringing the EFCC to its publics through the Commission’s social media platforms. To be part of the programme, kindly follow the handles: @officialefcc on Twitter, FaceBook and Instagram.”
