COVID19: Yahaya Bello, George Akume, Lai Mohammed, Garba Shehu, Ors In Danger After Meeting Abba Kyari
The governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, as well as a governor of Kogi State, Senator George Akume, the Minister of Information and Cuilture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Senior Special Assistant on Media to President Muhammadu Buhari, Mallam Garba Shehu, and a host of others are currently in danger after meeting with the Chief of Staff to President Buhari, Mallam Abba Kyari, who has tested positive to the novel Coronavirus [COVID-19] which has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation [WHO]
ElombahNews gathered that Mallam Kyari was in Kogi State on March 17 after he returned from Germany to commiserate with Governor Bello who lost his mother in death.
George Akume, Lai Mohammed, Garba Shehu and a whole lot of other persons were also there.
They are currently being urged to self isolate after Kyari tested positive early Tuesday.
Another government official in danger of Coronavirus is the Honourable Minister of Power, Engr. Sale Mamman.
Engr. Mamman was in Germany with Kyari during his recent visit to Munïch where they held a meeting with Executive members of Siemens to discuss issues relating to the Nigerian Power Sector.
Others at the meeting included the Nigerian Ambassador to Germany, Mr Yusuf Tuggar; the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Siemens Limited Nigeria, Mrs Onyeche Tifase; and the CEO, Siemens AG, Mr Joe Kaesar.
