Christianity has failed to inspire Africa to know much, do much

Being an address presented by Theo Rays Ejikeme during the first gathering of Divine Solution Agents a.k.a The Set Apart For Jesus held at Onitsha Holiday Resort on Wednesday 1/6/2022

Program Highlights Of The Set Apart

• Expand and move Christian services beyond gathering of people to worship God In the name of Church
• Connect the existencial architecture with God via service based on revelation findings, discoveries and creativity for change
• Unleash elaborate measures and frameworks for stronger leadership at all levels, safe and secured environment at all levels and economic development at all levels
• Embark on what I call Surplus 2047. Surplus 2047 is Agenda of making every region in Africa to live in surplus in the next 25years.

Much years of enjoying massive adherents in Africa spanning about two centuries or more, Christianity has failed to inspire Africans to know much and do much.

As Christians, Africans mostly the black countries have failed to catch up with the developed society with wickedness, corruption, insecurity, poverty, crime, hunger and idiseases ravaging inhabitants.

According to findings, the reason behind the failure of Christianity to lift Africa is because there is misplacement of the purpose of Jesus Christ among Christians under the leadership of titled men as reverend, pastors, bishops, prophets, general overseer, primate, prelate etc

Notably, Christian leaders misplaced and limited service of God to gathering people at a place to worship God in the name of Church.

On the other hand, they also misplaced and limited the responsibility of the adherents to paying money to the Church as offering, thanksgiving, levy, dues, tithe and donation.

The purpose of Jesus Christ is not to gather people at a place to worship God in the name of Church and collect money as offering and tithe, etc.

The purpose of Jesus Christ is to empower people to do all things mostly what they cannot ordinarily do and to become what they cannot ordinarily be through closer relationship with God.

In other words Jesus Christ is about giving people what they don’t have and making people to become God’s children to be able to thrive on super natural power to do “all things”.

In Matt 19:26, the Bible says that with God all things are possible. In John 1:12 the Bible says to those that believe, to them are giving the spirit to be children of God.

In Matt 28:18, Jesus didn’t just say that all authority in heaven and earth belongs to him, He practically demonstrated it by turning water to wine, making the blind to see, the lame and crippled to walk, the deaf to hear, the dumb to speak, walking on water, calming a deadly weather storm, using few pieces of loaves of bread and few pieces of fish to feed thousands of people plus raising the dead back to life etc.

And in John 14:12 it is written that those that believe in Jesus Christ shall do much greater thing than Him.

Clearly seen, Christianity according to the Churches are ignorant of their work because they failed to do all things inline with God they represent. Churches have failed to give Africans what they don’t have and settled to collecting what Africans have.

Churches have failed to give Africans good leaders, failed to inspire Africans to produce food, failed to give Africans security, failed to eradicate poverty, wickedness, corruption, hunger and diseases.

Christian leaders as Pastors, Bishops, founder/General Overseer and prophet etc are taking from Africa much to the point of oppression with demand for offering, thanksgiving, levy, dues, tithe and donation. Consequently, they are raking big money in the cities and villages around Africa to accqire expensive property including private jets without any meaningful contribution to the development, security and sustenance of the people.

Take Nigeria for instance, upon all the Christian Churches that grace every turn of eyes mostly in Southern Nigeria nothing can be attributed as a distinguished achievement of Christianity on the people. A look at what is happening in Nigeria shows that Christians are nowhere near the performance of Jesus Christ not to talk about doing much greater things than Him. Christians can’t even beat their chest to say that we have the basic service of Jesus Christ.

Take for instance in 2 Corinthians 5:17, the Bible says that if you believe in Christ you are automatically a new creature. As Christians we are at the center of corruption in Nigeria, so we are all the same with others. The funnier aspect of it is that Christian leaders who are representing God that can do all things are expecting solution from non Christians. Is that not an insult to God.

On this note I want to say that God has inspired me to initiate this program of gathering people as Divine Solution Agents to be known and called the Set Apart For Jesus. The target of the Set Apart is to mobilize Christians to do all things starting with doing things anew, differently and better. Time will not permit me to roll out the programs of the Set Apart immediately but I want to say that we are going to embark on the programs highlighted above

Join up and connect your Regions. The target is to have over 50,000 people to work as Set Apart in every region. Take for instance, we need not less than 50,000 people to work as Set Apart in Southeast region of Nigeria. We can set up the Set Apart in your Church, village, town, campus, region or country
