BREAKING: Sanusi challenges his dethronement, banishment in court

Mr. Abubakar Mahmoud (SAN), lawyer to the deposed Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II has declared that Sanusi will challenge his dethronement and banishment in court.
Mr. Mahmoud declared this in a press briefing on Tuesday in Abuja.
Mahmoud said the restriction of the Emir’s movement and his dethronement were unlawful and gross violation of his fundamental human rights.
