BREAKING: Obinna Uzoh’s Son, Barr Uzoh Jr. Arrested For Fraud, Forgery

Barrister Obinna Uzoh Jr., the son of the fugitive Dr. Obinna Uzoh, the traducer of Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has been arrested by operatives of the Nigerian Police for fraud and forgery in the case involving the Senator representing Anambra South senatorial district.

Barrister Uzoh Jr. was arrested on Thursday in Abuja after he was indicted in the forgery and/or mutilation of official court documents.

The crime was allegedly masterminded by his father Uzor Sr. and his lawyers, Eziafa Samuel Enwedo, Anani Anacletus, Aroh Ifunanya and some others who are now at large.

ElombahNews had reported on March 16 that the federal Government arraigned Obinna Uzoh, his lawyer Eziafa Samuel Enwedo, Anani Anacletus, Aroh Ifunanya and others before Justice Okon Abang of the federal high court Abuja.

They were arraigned on six count charge of criminal conspiracy, forgery, perjury and fraud against Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.

Justice Abang ordered that Barr Eziafa Samuel Enwedo be remanded in Kuje prison till commencement of trial as the Police prosecutor brought in only Barr Enwedo

This medium also reported on March 17 that Uzoh, who has been on the run, has escaped to United Kingdom to avoid police arrest.

Uzoh, Aroh and others have been hiding from police arrest over their complicity in forging legal documents used in obtaining the fraudulent judgement against Senator Ifeanyi Ubah at the Kubwa area court.

He decided to go on self exile when he could not secure an interim order to stop police from arresting and prosecuting him on the fraud allegations.

 

It was gathered that he fled to the United Kingdom about four days ago.
