Hajiya Zainab Nyako, wife of Vice Admiral Murtala Nyako [rtd.], a former governor of Adamawa State, is dead.
Zainab passed away in the early hours of Wednesday in Yola.
Nyako’s wife’s death came few days after the death of chief of Staff to Governor Jibrilla Bindow of Adamawa State, Abba Jimeta.
Jimeta had died in Saudi Arabia where he was performing lesser hajj and he has since been buried according to Islamic rites.
