There was another victory for Chief Edozie Njoku as the Federal Capital Territory High Court 40 sitting in Bwari, Abuja, has ordered Chief Victor Ikechukwu Oye to stop parading himself as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

The court, today, Wednesday 10th of May, 2023, also declared the congress and convention held by Chief Victor Oye illegal.

The order was based on the application brought before the court for restraining orders by some APGA NWC members under the leadership of the authentic National Chairman, Edozie Njoku.

The presiding judge, Hon. Justice Mohammed Madugu, gave the following orders:

  1. An order restraining Chief Victor Oye from parading himself as the National Chairman of APGA or holding any meetings or gatherings, be it NWC, NEC, etc., Congresses or Convention in the name of APGA.

  2. An order stopping INEC from recognizing Chief Victor Oye as the National Chairman of APGA based on Supreme Court Judgement of 24th March, 2023.

The judge further warned all parties against indulging in any activities against these orders or face the full consequences of such disobedience.
