Before ‘restructuring’ Nigeria, where is the federating constitution? Question for Peter Obi

Having been most fortunate for the past 22 years in deceiving the majority of Nigerians, the political class, and their unseen masters hope that they can still continue doing so. However, there is a new awareness in town, particularly among those seeking and insisting on the inalienable right to self-determination for their indigenous ethnic nation.

They will not relent, because relenting means being defenceless and facing armed Fulani who want to kill them and their people for land grab.

Relenting means having RUGA Fulani colonies taking over their ancestral lands. Relenting means surrendering to the Fulani-proposed Waterways Bill that seeks to grab all the surface and ground waters plus lands on their banks away from indigenous Ethnic Nations.

Relenting means that Fulanization completely happens, and Ahmadu Bello’s Declaration of 1960 that Nigeria would become the “estate” of the immigrant settler Fulani, is achieved.

Should that happen, those indigenous peoples who survive the ongoing many-sided Fulani onslaught would become a reduced, conquered, impotent people like Native Americans, who are the indigenous people of America and Canada, or disappear completely as they have done in the Caribbean.

Now that electioneering for national elections in 2023 is underway, the trick (as always), is for political parties and their candidates to promise “change” using the same words they usually do at such times.

“Restructuring” is the umbrella used, that covers words like: state police, devolving power to the states, rebuilding Nigeria, cutting the cost of governance, economic transformation, promoting unity, diaspora assistance, etc.

There are three main political parties to consider.

APC can be quickly dismissed: they have a visibly ailing Tinubu, then his vice Shettima further helped to diminish their party by throwing scorn on those who want restructuring, making it clear that under APC that would not happen. In a viral video, he said, “Restructuring my foot, to hell with Restructuring”.

PDP can equally be dismissed.  Atiku is a Fulani and represents the Fulani “born to rule” agenda of wanting to be the only ones to control Nigerians. Having had Buhari a Fulani, the word on the street in the South and Middle Belt, is that another Fulani as president is totally unacceptable.

Moreover, Atiku resides in Dubai, and only seems to stay in Nigeria when he is contesting, then he disappears again.

There are also two other matters that make him unpopular: Headlines in 2019 saying, “Atiku backs herdsmen, says anti-grazing law unconstitutional” – when Fulani herdsmen (aka Fulani militia) had been classified as the 4th deadliest terrorist group in the world; he showed fundamentalist leanings by deleting his tweet about the lynching of student Deborah Samuel by Sharia supremacists.

Perhaps PDP are hoping that should Elections 2023 hold, INEC that is under Fulani control, would declare Atiku the winner.

Going by the crowds, and by opinion polls such as Bloomberg’s, it is Peter Obi of the Labour Party who is by far the most likely to win an unrigged elections.

Therefore, it is Peter Obi who should aim to be different from the typical Nigerian politician of previous elections, always out to deceive, and to line their pockets once in power.

If Mr Obi is different, and is sincere in having a heart for the people, then he would be more than willing to evidence his sincerity, and honesty. That is done by answering questions. The purpose of questions are:

  • To establish the Truth (not to disgrace) so that Nigerians can be sure they are following the right path.
  • To increase knowledge about a stated plan or manifesto.
  • To eliminate confusion.

The NINAS Movement has several questions, ie Interrogatories that, having put himself out to be a servant of the people, Mr Obi is to answer.

The interrogatory that this discussion is concerned with is about the Union Dispute, that is, whether it is true that indigenous Ethnic Nations put themselves and their lands into UNITARY Nigeria.

Therefore, before all the wondrous changes and “Restructuring” that Mr Obi has promised he is willing and able to do,

Where is the federating Constitution that creates the Union that gives him the mandate to preside over the people’s affairs?

This is a most important question because continuing with the usual deceits, lies, and dragging the poor ignorant masses along will no longer do. Nigeria is at flashing red instability, so more lies now, would mean there will be no Nigeria to govern after Elections 2023.

Background information: It is well established that the so-called 1999 Constitution, is not any Constitution. It is Military Decree 24 and a fraud, a forgery, foisted upon Nigerians since 1999.

In 2015, when Mr Obi was Deputy Director General (South) of the Jonathan Campaign Organisation he had said, “What Nigeria needs is change of Constitution and the structure of the country for the mutual benefit of its constituents.”

Now though, in 2022, Mr Obi says that it is not the 1999 Constitution that is a problem, but it is bad leadership. With this complete change of view regarding the Union, Mr Obi needs to explain how he plans to resolve the all-important lingering Union Dispute.

In answering the Union Dispute question of: Where is the federating Constitution that creates the Union that gives him the mandate to preside over the people’s affairs?

There are two things that Mr Obi would need to respect.

#1 – He cannot take Nigerians for fools. In Law, it is invalid to propose to “review” or “amend” a forgery. No part of that 1999 Constitution was made or agreed by “we the people” as its Preamble falsely claims. The 1999 Constitution being a forgery, must be jettisoned wholesale. All of it must be thrown out into the dustbin.

#2 – The Constitutional Force Majeure declared by NINAS on 16th December 2020 that enforces the Repudiation of the illegitimate 1999 Constitution, and that made Nigeria a Disputed Project.

Many people in the South and Middle Belt have put their faith in Mr Obi because they desperately want CHANGE, and the other two main political parties are obviously going to maintain the status quo. It is hoped that Mr Obi will not be so callous as to deceive his supporters.

Since the constitutional arrangements of Nigeria are the cause of miseries and instability including being killed for land grabbing, and increasing Islamic terrorism, even now, he can make a U-turn, and be at the vanguard, leading Nigeria to Transitioning and Referendums, by having Elections 2023 suspended until the Union Dispute is resolved.

The NINAS Plan on how to do that has been on the Table. Read more.
