Ademola Lookman has emerged as a potential transfer target for Barcelona, as the Spanish giants continue their search for a left winger this summer.
The Catalan side want to bring in a left winger but are struggling to figure out how to finance a deal for top targets Luis Diaz and Marcus Rashford.
According to Catalunya Radio, the situation means that Lookman is once again an option after previously being linked with the club earlier this year.
There’s some debate about how much Lookman would cost, with estimates ranging from anywhere between €60m and €30m, but it’s worth noting his contract expires next summer.
However, given Flick’s goal to overhaul the attacking side of Barcelona, the signing Lookman could prove very good business, but one must remember there could be financial and competitive factors that are yet to be overcome, meaning this will be a decisive moment in Barcelona’s summer transfer strategy.
