Terror bandits have abducted Rev. Father Gabriel Ukeh, the presiding priest of St. Thomas Parish in Zaman Dabo Community, Kaduna State.

Newsmen gathered that the unfortunate abduction took place in the wee hours of Sunday at the parish rectory.

The incident was confirmed in a statement by the Vicar General (Pastoral), Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Kazah in a statement.

Rev. Kazah in the statement called for prayers for the safe release of Father Ukeh.

He also condemned the alarming trend of kidnappings for ransom, stressing the vulnerability of innocent citizens in communities.
