80 Senators Accompany Saraki to Tribunal, Trial Adjourned

The Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu and about 80 other Senators accompanied the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, to the Code of Conduct Tribunal this morning.

Saraki is facing a 13-count criminal charge bordering on false declaration of assets preferred against him by the Code of Conduct Bureau before the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

The chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Danladi Umar has adjourned his (Saraki) trial to November 5 and 6.
