Gunmen suspected to be terror bandits killed four farmers and abducted eight others from Nahuta village in Batsari local government area of Katsina State on Saturday.
The spokesman of the command in Katsina, ASP Abubakar Aliyu, confirmed the unfortunate attack in a statement on Sunday.
He said the farmers were harvesting their crops when the criminal elements struck.
According to the police image maker, one of the farmers that managed to escape received gunshot wounds.
