10 feared dead, 30 houses burnt as gunmen launch deadly attack in Plateau

Gunmen have reportedly killed over 10 persons in an early morning attack on Te’egbe Village of Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State on Friday
Many houses were also reportedly set ablaze by the rampaging gunmen during the attack.
However, confirming the attack in a statement, the state police image maker, Ubah Ogaba, said, “On 26/11/2021 at about 0130hrs, the Command received a report of an attack by yet to be identified gunmen at Te’egbe Village of Bassa LGA of the State.
“Unfortunately, ten (10) persons were killed and about thirty (30) houses set ablaze by the attackers,” he added.
