Music legend and juju Maestro, King Sunny Ade (KSA), has finally addressed the longstanding rumours of a romantic relationship between him and the late iconic singer Onyeka Onwenu (MON).
King Ade used the opportunity of his paying a condolence visit to Onwenu’s family, to revisit the speculations that have shrouded their relationship for years.
Chief Ade explained that the rumors were part of a strategic move to promote their hit song, “Wait for Me.”
KSA said it was all a gimmick to promote their song, ‘Wait for Me.’
He said before the collaboration, there was already the speculation that she was his girlfriend.
“Me and her have never said yes or no,”
