UPDATE: Another House of Representatives Member, Hon. Lere is dead

Another member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Sulaiman Aliyu Lere, is dead.
Hon. Lere died on Tuesday in Kaduna after a brief illness aged 53, ElombahNews gathered.
His death is coming barely four days after the death of Haruna Maitala, the former Member representing Jos North/Bassa Federal Constituency of Plateau.
Late Hon. Maitala died in a car accident alongside his son and personal aide.
Lere was recently sworn in after the Court of Appeal reinstated him as candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and winner of the House of Representatives election for Lere Federal Constituency, Kaduna.
At the time of this report, there has been no official confirmation regarding the death.

One of aides, Tukura Abdulazeez, however, confirmed to newsmen that the lawmaker died this morning.
He will be buried in his home town, Lere, Saminaka local government area of Kaduna state, according to Islamic rites.
