For the PEPT hearing today, LP will be presenting evidence for Kogi, Sokoto, Delta, Imo, Ebonyi, Kaduna and Ondo. Evidence boxes are already in front of the judges.

The lawyers are currently arguing over the motions filed and served on May 22nd and June 2nd. One of the motions was for interrogatories for the witnesses.

Interrogatories are a part of the discovery process, which allows each side to obtain information and evidence from the other to prepare for trial.
