Open letter to president Tinubu, police IG Egbetokun, DIG-FCID Alabi over corrupt police officer at SEB-FCID hqtrs Abuja aiding and abetting hardcore cult gang in Anambra

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, IGP Kayode Egbetokun and DIG-FCID Sylvester Abiodun Alabi.

All protocols duly observed, sirs.

I’m compelled to write this open letter to you with hope your attention will help to overcome the gross corruption I have encountered at FCID Headquarters, Abuja, the highest investigation arm of the Nigeria Police Force nationwide, since August 2022. The gross corruption of a police officer at Special Enquiry Bureau, Force Criminal Investigation Department (SEB-FCID) Headquarters Abuja, Nigeria.

Recently I wrote a petition to the Inspector-General of Police Dr. Kayode Egbetokun detailing specific criminalities and misconducts of a very corrupt CSP at SEB-FCID Hqtrs Abuja hired by a hardcore yahoo+ criminal syndicate based at Nnobi town, Idemili South LGA, Anambra State, Nigeria to thwart my effort to get justice in Nigeria judicial system.

A very corrupt police officer who arrested me on clearly framed false allegations, with hope to intimidate, frighten, extort and force me to abandon my quest for justice in Nigerian justice system.

A corrupt police officer who unlawfully detained me overnight at Area F Police Command Ikeja Lagos because I refused to oblige his huge appetite and demand for bribe.

A corrupt police officer who refused to interview and take the statement of a Benin Republic national who confessed his membership of hardcore yahoo+ cult crimes syndicate in Nnobi and Amichi towns in Anambra State, simply because the confessed estranged member revealed the criminal activities of the criminal syndicate the police officer is bent on protecting. He suppressed damaging statements the Benin Republic gang-member made at SCID Lagos and FCID Alagbon Lagos revealing the yahoo+ cult criminal activities of his group at Nnobi town, Amichi town and surrounding towns in Anambra State.

A very corrupt police officer who has been doing everything within his power to frustrate my quest for justice in Nigerian justice system, including making me and my lawyers travel all the way from our base in Lagos to his office at SEB-FCID Hqtrs Abuja on Police Invitation, but on getting there, he kept us stranded for 2 consecutive days without meeting us.

A corrupt police officer who consolidated all petitions written to IGP against Nnobi-based yahoo+ cult crimes syndicate and demanded huge bribe money in order to properly investigate all the petitions. For refusing his demands for bribes, he suppressed all the petitions approved by the IGP.

It took the intervention of late CP Frank Odita (May his great soul rest in peace) who despite his health issues travelled from Lagos to FCID Headquarters Abuja to meet DIG Johnson Babatunde Kokumo, for the very corrupt CSP at SEB-FCID Hqtrs Abuja to send a case file to Legal Unit for advise.

The Nigeria Police Force Headquarters Legal Unit drafted charges to be filed at Chief Magistrate Court Nnobi, Anambra State. And the very corrupt police officer at SEB-FCID Headquarters Abuja extorted N200,000 from me before the case file was released to the prosecutor at SCID, Anambra State Police Command. This CSP influenced prosecutor at NPF Headquarters Legal Unit to join him in the extortions.

A police officer who did nothing when the cult gangster illegally demolished home of a poor orphan in a case he was investigating. He clearly looked another way while a poor female orphan’s house was illegally demolished and illegally occupied.

A police officer who did nothing when a gangster threatened and physically assaulted a crime witness in a case he was investigating.

Even senior police officer at Nnobi Police Station of Anambra State Police Command stated in both oral and written text that due to protection the police officer at FCID Hqtrs Abuja was giving to the cult gangster and his syndicate, any crime involving the gangster and his group is above Nnobi Police Station and Anambra State Police Command to handle. The police officers at Nnobi Police Station and Anambra State Police Command are terrified of the gangster due to the protection of the very corrupt CSP at SEB-FCID Hqtrs Abuja.

When I received threatening and extortion texts on my telephone, the corrupt police officer at SEB-FCID told me that it was the yahoo+ cult gangster and his cult crimes syndicate at Nnobi sending those texts. And when shortly after that I received suspicious Police Invitation from death squad at Zone 13 Ukpo, the corrupt police officer at SEB-FCID Hqtrs Abuja told me that he was privy to plot by the Nnobi-based yahoo+ cult gangsters and police officers at Zone 13 Ukpo to secretly kidnap me, take me to a secret location, torture me until they collect all money in my possession, all the money I brought from America and then assassinate me. And he demanded One Million Naira (N1m) bribe from me in order to burst and shatter their plot.

For abundance of clarity, this police officer at SEB-FCID Hqtrs Abuja informed me the he has intelligence about plot by rogue police officers at Zone 13 Ukpo Anambra State and Nnobi-based yahoo+ cult crimes gangster to secretly kidnap me, torture me and rob me of every money in my possession, assassinate me, dismember my dead body and dispose it in such a way that no one will ever find me.

A very corrupt police officer who eventually collected N530,000 from me in order to burst and shatter the plot to secretly kidnap and assassinate me, arrest the Nnobi-based gangsters and the police officers at Zone 13 Ukpo, but thereafter failed to do as he promised.

I have since learned that many people had disappeared by the same method used on me by the police death squad at Zone 13 Ukpo, Anambra State.

A very corrupt police officer who extorted various huge amounts of money from me, but still failed to do proper work simply because he was bent on aiding and abetting the hardcore yahoo+ cult syndicate based at Nnobi town, Idemili South LGA Anambra State, Nigeria.

And when I inquired from him why he was very reluctant to do proper investigation on my matter, he replied that some very powerful people in Nnobi-Nnewi area are backing-up the yahoo+ cult crimes syndicate by funnelling huge money to senior police officers in Abuja, and also that senior police officers from other police departments in Abuja have contacted him and his superiors at FCID Headquarters Abuja and were putting pressure on him to give the members of the yahoo+ cult crimes syndicate soft-landing. The CSP needs to explain to the authorities the identity of the very powerful people in Nnobi-Nnewi towns in Anambra State and the very senior police officers in FCID and other departments putting pressure on him not to conduct proper investigation on the yahoo+ cult crimes activities of the syndicate at Nnobi-Nnewi area, and their plot to secretly kidnap and assassinate me in Nigeria.

The aiding and abetting of the yahoo+ cult crimes syndicates in Nnobi town, Idemili South LGA, Anambra State and the police officers at Zone 13 Ukpo by this corrupt police officer at SEB-FCID Headquarters Abuja made the members of the cult crimes syndicate believe they are above the law.

And for complaining to DIG-FCID Sylvester Abiodun Alabi about his misconducts, the very corrupt police officer at SEB-FCID Headquarters threatened to arrange my slaughter in Nigeria, unless I run back to the United States. This took place immediately we left the office of DIG Sylvester Abiodun Alabi at FCID Hqtrs Abuja.

A very corrupt police officer at SEB-FCID Headquarters Abuja who recklessly told me that he will ensure I’m slaughtered in Nigeria and nothing will happen, because I will not be the first veteran of US Army to be slaughtered in Nigeria, nor will I be the first Nigerian-US citizen to be slaughtered in Nigeria and nothing happened.

A very corrupt police officer who recklessly bragged to me that he is a favorite of top brass in the Nigerian Police Force, hence complaints against him will come to nothing.

My petition to IGP about this rotten officer was assigned to X-Squad, FCID Headquarters Abuja for investigation. Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) is headed by DIG Sylvester Abiodun Alabi. The police at X-Squad FCID Headquarters Abuja should be encouraged to overcome any pressures to cover-up gross misconducts of this very corrupt CSP at SEB-FCID Hqtrs Abuja, who is their colleague in same FCID Headquarters Abuja and to thoroughly clinically investigate my petition.

Being a police officer in FCID the highest investigation arm of Nigeria Police Force nationwide should be opportunity to be top-notch disciplined law enforcement officer. It should not be an opportunity for this very corrupt police officer to extort me, demand for excessive bribe from me in order to do his work, perpetrate unlawful arrest and detention, aiding and abetting of yahoo+ criminal syndicate comprising nationals of Nigeria and Benin Republic, cover-up of criminal activities including national security crimes of the cult crime syndicate, threatened my life, and threatened to slaughter me in Nigeria, and boasting that nothing will happen, because I will not be the first veteran of US Army nor the first citizen of United States of America to be slaughtered in Nigeria and nothing happened.

By aiding and abetting criminal activities of the yahoo+ cult crimes syndicate in Nnobi town, Anambra State, Nigeria, this police officer at SEB-FCID Headquarters Abuja has clearly frustrated my plans to invest my retirement money in small-scale factories in Nnobi town, Anambra State, Nigeria which would have brought development and provided employment to youths in the area and around the country.

I want the full weight of bilateral agreements between Nigeria and the United States of America on law enforcement and justice matters to bear on this matter.

Opportunity To Stop The Carnage In Nnobi town, Anambra State

Since I arrived in Nigeria and stumbled onto yahoo+ cult crimes syndicate in Nnobi town, Anambra State, I have meticulously and painstakingly gathered sufficient intelligence on the numerous heinous crimes of the group in the town. There are numerous cases of people disappearing in Nnobi town. There are numerous cases of dismembered dead bodies all-over the town, and some of them found around Obiaja Bridge and inside the bushes, just a walking distance from Nnobi Police Station. There are abundant intelligence on the culprits behind the disappearance of people, many dismembered dead bodies, other heinous cult crimes in Nnobi town, Anambra State, as well as notorious landgrabbers destabilizing the town. And in each of the cases studied, there are senior law enforcement officers protecting the hardcore criminals.

Today there is a 24 years old poor female orphan who inherited a fairly large estate from her father, but totally and completely illegally defrauded of her inheritance by a sophisticated hardcore yahoo+ cult crimes syndicate aided and abetted by the very clever CSP at SEB-FCID Hqtrs Abuja. The poor female orphan and her 4 little children were lured and trafficked by the syndicate from Nnobi town, Anambra State to Lagos and Ogun States, were about to be slaughtered by the Benin Republic member of the yahoo+ cult crimes syndicate when SCID Lagos rescued them. At SCID Lagos the Benin Republic member of the syndicate revealed to detectives chilling details of their hardcore yahoo+ cult crimes, their members, their associates and affiliates. He implicated police officers in the area and state, local high chiefs, high ranking government officials, lawyers and magistrates, highs and lows in the communities. The detectives at SCID Lagos stated it’s a national security case.

Her case was reported to IGP of Nigeria Police Force, Director-General of DSS at headquarters in Abuja, NAPTIP Anambra State Command, Anambra State Police Command, Governor and government of Anambra State, etc. Various law enforcement and security agencies officers were directly and subliminally demanding huge bribes in order to do their jobs, which includes assisting the poor female orphan to return to her house illegally taken over by the gangster. Because she had been robbed of every penny and has no money to bribe anyone, no agency is doing the utmost to assist her quest for justice.

The poor female orphan and her 4 little children are currently stranded and in homeless shelter in Anambra State, while respective federal law enforcement and security agencies officers are looking for bribes in order to come to her aid and do their job. This is a big shame on Nigerian law enforcement and security agencies!

The hardcore yahoo+ heinous cult crimes in Nnobi town are protected by this very corrupt police officer at SEB-FCID Headquarters, Abuja.

Shrines, gods, deities, spirits are not kidnapping, robbing, killing and dismembering people at Nnobi-Nnewi areas of Anambra State, Nigeria. Hardcore yahoo+ cult criminals are doing these things and the intelligence on the perpetrators and their enablers abound. And the very corrupt police officer at SEB-FCID Hqtrs Abuja protecting the criminality of particular syndicate has been identified.

These are just brief summary of my empirical experiences in Nigeria and I will shed more lights and more details at the appropriate time and to appropriate authorities.

I am calling on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, IGP Kayode Egbetokun and DIG-FCID Sylvester Abiodun Alabi to use their authorities to ensure that this rotten police officer at SEB-FCID Hqtrs Abuja is properly investigated for gross corruption and misconducts and face full weight of the law.
