OFFICIAL: Lucky Aiyedatiwa sworn in as Ondo gov

Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa has been sworn in as the executive governor of Ondo state following the death of governor Rotimi Akeredolu today.
Akeredolu died in the morning of Wednesday, December 27 after a prolonged battle with prostrate cancer.
Meanwhile, Aiyedatiwa was administered the oath of office by the Chief Judge of Ondo state, Justice Olusegun Odusola
However, in his speech, the new governor said it was with a heavy heart he took over the baton of leadership of the state after the death of Akeredolu.
