The Labour Party (LP) candidate for Nnewi North, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency in the 2023 General Elections, Hon. Fredrick Emeka Anagwu, who is acclaimably the most qualified candidate to represent the region, has released his Manifesto and Agenda.

Titled “Manifesto and Agenda for Nnewi North, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency”, Hon. Anagwu pledged to be the embodiment of the true Spirit of Selflessness, Responsibility, Fairness, Courage, Hardwork, and Commitment to Social Justice.

He also pledged to leave no stone unturned to enhance the growth and development of his Constituency, while special attention will be paid to:

 

  • Education.
  • Youth And Women Empowerment.
  • Infrastructure And Industrial Development.
  • Health, Sports And Social Services, and,
  • community development projects such as:
  1. Road Construction Works
  2. Electricity.
  3. Special Project Trust Fund.
  4. Health Insurance Scheme.
  5. Scholarship Awards Etc.

According to him, youth and women empowerment remains one of the important processes to stimulate sustainable socio – economic and political transformations in the Constituency, as youth and women empowerment will reduce poverty, crimes and political thuggery to the barest minimum.

In a brief memo to News Band, he said: “Youth and Women Empowerment remains one of the important processes that will stimulate sustainable socio – economic and political transformations in our dear Constituency.

“Youth and Women Empowerment will reduce poverty, crimes and political thuggery to the bearest minimum.

“Through Chief Fredrick and Martha Anagwu Foundation, I have empowered a considerable number of youths and women and still empowering till date.

“Come 2023, if elected, I will leverage on my international experience and contacts to establish more vocational training institutions in the three Local governments that make up our Constituency to train youths who are unable to complete formal education for one reason or the other while already existing ones will be giving face lift so as to be able to meet up with contemporary challenges.

“I am convinced that with Youth and Women Empowerment, our dear Constituency will experience rapid and sustainable growth.”

Quick bio:

Hon. Fredrick Emeka Anagwu is a father of four male children and a native of Utuh a community in Nnewi South Local Government Area (LGA) of Anambra State.

He is 37 years old and a Candidate of Labour Party for Federal House of Representatives, Nnewi North, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency.

He had his primary and secondary school education in Nigeria before traveling to the United Kingdom (UK) where he bagged a B.A degree in International Business with special emphasis on Computer Application at Webster University.

On his return to Nigeria, Hon. Anagwu established various companies as well as other business interests which have been run and managed excellently.
