Nigerians In US To Host APC Presidential Candidate Ogbonnia

PRESS STATEMENT

Nigerians in the United States, under the auspices of Nigerian Union Diaspora (NUD), are set to host Dr. SKC Ogbonnia, a presidential aspirant under All Progressive Congress (APC).

Dr. Ogbonnia will use the occasion to unveil his agenda to win the presidency and “succeed in Nigeria where others have failed.”

The venue will be The Igbo Catholic Centre, 8250 Creek Bend Dr. Houston, TX 77071; date is Saturday April 28, 2018, while the time is 7 pm Prompt.

Dr. Ogbonnia will also use the event to present his much-awaited book: “EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP FORMULA: featuring a new leadership theory”.

With Nigeria in mind, the book was motivated by the dilemma that surrounds why people are not able to provide good leadership in midst of abundant resources and why many start well but end in failure.

The Effective Leadership Formula guides readers on specific ways to develop and sustain effective leadership within individuals, families, organizations, and nations—for an extended period.

It features empirical theories, including a new definition of effective democracy and a new model for producing effective leadership in any given environment.

The book is a 15 year-research that required a comparative analysis of different leadership approaches and patterns among different nations, particularly the USA and Nigeria.

In so doing, Dr. Ogbonnia deduced a rich stew of bullet-proof solutions that will form the philosophical foundation of his presidency.

The book also contains Ogbonnia’s widely cited theory “Effective leadership is the ability to maximize available resources within the internal and external environment for the attainment of organizational or societal goals and standards.”
