When a Nigerian becomes rich by looting the public treasury, his bank accounts are in Switzerland, London, New York, Toronto, and Berlin. He goes to the UK, France, Germany, India, Canada, and the US for medical check-ups, treatment, or for organ transplants.

His vacation dreamland is Dubai. He shops in Dubai. He imports nearly everything from Europe, China, Canada, and America. He goes on a pilgrimage to Mecca, Rome, and Israel to pray. His children attend expensive and exclusive foreign private schools.

He buys properties in foreign countries where he hides his horde of concubines. If he’s running for president, he must address his former colonial imperialists and exploiters at Chatham House in London for assessment and acceptance.

When he’s going for an overseas summit, he travels with legions of aides, scavengers, liars, propagandists and lodges at the most expensive hotels. He brings in foreign business partners who illegally mine diamonds, gold, and other minerals at the expense and detriment of his people.

Instead of developing local agriculture for the production of foods, he spends billions importing rice, fish, cooking oil, onions, and so on. He takes crude oil overseas to be refined. The same oil is sold back to him at exorbitant prices. He in turn sells refined gasoline and diesel to Nigerians at prohibitive prices.

When he finally dies in a London, UK; French; Indian; Canadian; German or American hospital, his remains is shipped home for burial. Nigeria is a cemetery for Nigerians. How then can a cemetery be developed?
