The convener of Concerned Nigerians, Mr Deji Adeyanju, has said it will take Abia State more than 20 years to catch up with Kogi State in terms of infrastructural development.

Adeyanju stated this while responding to a comment on his official X handle that accused him of unnecessarily channeling too much energy in criticizing governor Alex Otti of Abia State over the reported 24-hour power supply in Aba.

“The Road from Obajana junction to my village is better than the entire road network in Abia State. Forget the fact that we call out hopeless leaders in Kogi frequently, Abia can never come close to Kogi in 20yrs,” Adeyanju said on Sunday while responding to a comment by one @Ezeayoka.

X user identified as Eze Ayoka had earlier berated Adeyanju over his condemnation of Otti, urging the activist to focus more on his state of origin, Kogi State.

”If you focus half your energy on Kogi state, they will (have) good roads, 24/7 Power supply, less Insecurity, Hunger, less destitute, Religious tolerance, Good governance, increase HDI etc.

“One will think you are from Lagos, Rivers or even Ebonyi state where there is good governance, ” he said.

Deji who is widely known for his flippancy had accused Dr Alex Otti of paying social media influencers to lie that there is 24 hours light in Abia when in the true sense, the people perish in darkness.

He said is a new low in the propaganda thingy of the Labour Party. According to him, APC is still learning in the propaganda business when it comes to LP.
