ICPC: Two-Faced Agents Aiding Looters of Treasury

Akponimisingha Osubeni Ekoi  of ICPC Came to FCT High Court today demanding that one of the defendant he is persecuting maliciously bail be revoked. His reasons are: that the defendant petitioned him to his organization.

He told the court that: He is well and above ICPC his employer and that he has a legal business (Farming) that earned him more cash than salaries in ICPC hence he can drive any car of his taste and that he wouldn’t hesitate to pull his wig at the slightest provocation by anyone.

The Judge simply told him in the same open that, as much as he heard him, that more importantly is the business of the day which is how the trial before him should continue.

Eagle Eyes Transparency International has these pertinent questions for the malicious persecutor (Akponimisingha) thus:

1. What is the public service rules in terms of engagements in other business during official hours?
2. Legal officials are entitled to farming really (agriculture), but where is Akpo’s Farm? What does he farm? Where are his farm products? Who buys them? How long has he farmed? The sources of the capital for the farm? How much does he earn yearly from the farm products that he drives cars worth #9M & #5M respectively as a GL 10 officer of ICPC?

These questions are so because we are strongly convinced that as a HUNTING DOG for Nta Ekpo, doubling as an investigator and Persecutor of whistleblowers whom he often trade with their intelligence to gain gratifications from would be suspects, he at the detriments of whistleblowers compromises investigations and supposedly prosecution.

Hence, his sources of sudden wealth.

We await these and many more answers from the authorities that ought to proffer answers to all our above questions.

Furthermore, He has to show CCB form of what he declared at the point of entry into the job and now.
