A man identified as Marcel Udeh from Umunneochi local government area of Abia State, has been arrested by the Police, for allegedly killing his son.
NewsBand gathered that the suspect returned home and discovered that his son had eaten the remaining food in the pot without permission.
Angered by son’s action, Mr Udeh dashed into his room, brought out a gun and shot his son, killing him instantly.
The suspect was immediately nabbed by members of the community who tied his two hands and placed him on the lifeless body of his child.

Udeh, who appeared remorseful for his action in a viral video sighted by this medium, blamed his action on the devil.
Meanwhile, when contacted, the spokesperson of Abia State Command, ASP Maureen Chinaka confirmed that the incident was reported at the Umunneochi Division, adding that the suspect has been arrested.
“Yes, we got a report at Umunneochi Division, the suspect has been arrested and the matter has currently been transferred to the SCID for discreet investigation and will be charged to Court afterwards”, the police image maker said.
