Group hails Kalu for mobilising supporters for Tinubu during Abia APC rally

A sociopolitical group, Abia North Peace Foundation (ANPF), has applauded the Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu for mobilising his supporters across the 17 Local Government Areas of Abia State to the Umuahia Township Stadium to cheer the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu during his campaign rally in Abia.
The group also hailed Kalu for his peaceful dispositions and leadership acumen which has endeared Abians into falling in love with the presidential candidate of the party, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The group in a statement signed by Chief Nnanna Ukaegbu, Director General of the group on Thursday morning in Umuahia, said the mobilisation of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu’s political structures, OUK Movement and Reality Organization made the difference during the Umuahia campaign rally, noting that the Abia North Senator remains the face and soul of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State and the entire South East geopolitical zone.
“Senator Orji Uzor Kalu remains the face, heart and soul of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State and the entire South East. His outstanding performance has made it easier to market the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State. As our leader and father, we are using this opportunity to appreciate him for massively mobilising his supporters to the Umuahia Township Stadium even in the face of provocations from some quarters.
“We also commend Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu for his peaceful disposition even when his supporters were attacked. He has shown and proven to all that he is a father and a peaceful leader that would not joke with the peace of the state.”
They therefore, resolved to work with him and the party to achieve the noble goal of making sure APC retains power at the centre and captures more states in addition to the existing ones.
