A mild explosion rocked Utako motor park in Jabi area of Abuja on Friday sending traders, vehicle owners and passengers into panic as fire broke out.
Onlookers were amazed as the explosion sent a billow of fire and smoke into the atmosphere causing panic and serious pandemonium.
The situation caused serious traffic blockade in the densely populated business area of the city bringing business activities to a halt.
The cause of the explosion and the subsequent fire is yet not certain as at when filing this report.
