Barely hours to the Presidential and NASS election across the nation, the Labour Party senatorial candidate of Enugu North Senatorial Zone steps down, endorsed Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.

Chief Okey Ezea, the Labour Party Senatorial Candidate Enugu North Senatorial Zone has reportedly stepped down for the incumbent Governor and PDP Senatorial Candidate of the Zone, Rt. Hon Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.

A reliable source who disclosed this said that Chief Okey Eze popularly known as Ideke is currently reaching out to his supporters across the Zone to vote for Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.

One for his supporters from Uzo-Uwani LGA who confirmed he received a phone call from Chief Okey Eze Ideke early morning Friday, where he pleaded to him to reach out to other Labour Party supporters within his LGA and inform them to vote for Gburu Gburu tomorrow, according to report, Ideke body expressions and actions really detects that he have sorted out with his brother the Governor and there is no need of unnecessary issues within Enugu North Senatorial Zone, reason why he decided to endorsed Gburu Gburu.

Although, we gathered that Ideke is a closed friend to the Governor before now and such decision from Ideke may not be new to the public.
