The chairman of the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) in Ebonyi State Tochukwu Okorafor has endorsed governorship candidature of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Francis Nwifuru.
He gave the endorsement in a statement in Abakaliki, capital of the state.
Okoroafor, who has been having a running battle with the governorship candidate of the PDP, Ifeanyi Ọdịi urged the people of the State to vote for Nwifuru.
He noted that it is only fair that Ebonyi North where Nwifuru comes from gets the governorship seat.
He argued that the power rotation otherwise known as charter of equity in the State is too fragile to be toyed with.
According to him: “It is no longer a secret that all the good people of Ebonyi State have now agreed and decided that the power sharing formula of the state is too fragile to be toyed with and remains the only guarantee for peace and mutual co-existence, and therefore must be sustained.
